Bekim Blakaj from the Human Rights Fund, said on Tuesday that Daut Haradinaj’s recent statement was exceptionally immature, especially coming from a member of the Kosovo Assembly. “Daut Haradinaj’s statement about the possibility of his brother’s extradition was exceptionally immature. What concerns me is that he displayed a high level of nervousness and this had an impact on the minority communities, especially the Serb community. There is a dose of fear now among the Serb community, because they have taken his statement seriously, his position as an MP is very high. Daut Haradinaj is a serious politician and this is why this statement was surprising,” Blakaj told Klan Kosova. “Belgrade will not miss the opportunity to take advantage of this statement and international circles too will be alerted about this”.
