Association of Journalists of Serbia in Kosovo, called upon local authorities to openly present their work and timely inform the media about the organization of events and public hearings, without selection, so the citizens can have insight into their work, KIM Radio reported.
As UNS press statement reads the municipality of Mitrovica North, invited only TV Most to cover the public hearing on the budget held yesterday, and announced the event on the municipal notice board.
President of the municipality, Dejan Guresic said to KoSSev portal it was sufficient, while the head of the municipal administration, Adrijana Hodzic apologized to the media and said that the municipal communication officer who did not invite the media would get a written warning, KIM Radio reported.
