Political analyst Dusan Janjic said that the results of the first round of local elections held in Kosovo show that there is nothing of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina until the next fall, and that another year was lost, reports NMagazin.
– This is an indicator that the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade will last and that the most likely new phase cannot be seriously reactivated before the end of the second round of local elections, and then Serbia will enter the April elections. There is nothing from the dialogue until the next autumn, another lost year is ahead of us and all the stories about Serbia’s membership in the European Union before 2026 have already fallen into the water, Janjić told Beta agency.
