U.S. Congressman Elliot Engel, who is visiting Kosovo, said today that the border demarcation with Montenegro must be resolved, most online media report. “I think demarcation is an important issue and it must be resolved. It is an issue that is keeping Kosovo hostage and I don’t like this at all and it needs to be resolved,” Engel said in a joint press conference with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
