Prime Minister of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj said today that the visit of Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic is aimed at discussing ways to increase cooperation but that there is little chance for negotiation of the border demarcation issue. “With regards to demarcation, the agreement is in the parliament and there is not a lot of room for negotiations between prime ministers,” Haradinaj said.
