Ardian Arifaj, advisor to Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, said today that he expects the Kosovo Assembly to ratify the border demarcation with Montenegro and that this would pave the way to visa liberalization for Kosovo. “We expect MPs to vote in favor of the agreement,” Arifaj told RTK.
