The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) held today its regular press conference. Vjosa Osmani, MP from this party said President Hashim Thaci should give account to the Assembly about the dialogue with Serbia. “When it comes to the dialogue, Thaci negotiates without being mandated to lead this process. There is no decision that named the President to carry out the political aspect of this process. The President does not possess implementing mechanisms to implement these agreements, and there are no constitutional mechanisms to supervise President’s work. He kept the discussions and agreements reached with Vucic in Brussels and other places, secret,” Osmani said.

“We call on the President to urgently address the Assembly and set a day when he would speak at the Assembly about these meetings. If this does not happen, we as opposition also have many reasons to suspect about his meetings with Vucic. Including the matter of division of Kosovo,” Osmani said.

According to her, the government does not have any strategy with regard to the dialogue with Serbia. “The government has no idea about the final agreement with Serbia. The Assembly should come up with a resolution which sets the red lines on the dialogue with Serbia,” Osmani said.

At the end she said that Haradinaj’s government is a government of isolation and isolated.
