In Mitrovica near ‘Military overhaul’ area there is a threat of a flood of the Ibar River and lush streams. The situation has worsened rapidly after the melting of large amounts of snow and the expansion of the river beds.
The President of the Provisional Authority of Mitrovica Municipality Aleksandar Spiric said that the situation was monitored and that still an emergency situation was not declared, although everything is on standby. Spiric visited the area last night with the competent services and members of the KP in order to monitor the situation, reports TV Most.
