Srpska Lista that left Kosovo Government submitted lawsuits to the Police Inspectorate in Pristina over the action of the Kosovo police special unit in the north of Kosovo on Monday, Tanjug news agency reported.

Outgoing Kosovo Interior Minister Deputy, Milan Radojevic said that submitting lawsuits are one of the conclusions of the meeting of 10 Serb-majority municipalities’ representatives.

“We remain decisive to act within the system, within the institutions, and that is why we have submitted lawsuits against Kosovo special police unit members.”

He added, they have also submitted video material, photos, statements of ministers, mayors and citizens who were present in Mitrovacki dvor, when Kosovo police stormed the premise.

“We think there is sufficient material to launch a criminal proceedings, the public saw more or less everything, beating people with riffles was the most dangerous, as weapons could fire, there could be victims, a real massacre. This speaks about everything but not about professionalism of these police officers,” Radojevic said.

He said representatives of the international community and ambassadors are informed about submitting lawsuits.
