Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, said today that the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities will be formed based on the ruling of the Constitutional Court. Asked to comment on the ultimatum of the Serbian List, which said that it will form the Association unilaterally if the government in Pristina does not make concrete steps, Haradinaj said their threats have no effects.
