The government of Kosovo endorsed today the platform for the final phase of the dialogue with Serbia.
Except for a legally binding agreement which would mean mutual recognition, this platform expects also membership at international organizations and EU integration.
Point 4 of this platform, which the news portal claims to possess, notes that legally binding agreement for reciprocal recognition between Kosovo and Serbia, would enable Kosovo’s membership at the UN. “The Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, assesses that international legally binding agreement would enable UN membership for the Republic of Kosovo, as well as membership at other relevant organizations,” notes this point of the platform.
It also stresses that a concluding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia would accelerate Kosovo’s membership at NATO and European Union.
