Kosovo President Hashim Thaci will attend today To be Secure Forum in Budva organized by NATO and the Montenegrin government. Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and Thaci are the keynote speakers and attending the forum will be U.S. and Canadian officials and representatives of the European Union. The forum aims to bring about new ideas on security and also tactical thinking about efforts for reforms in South-East Europe. The forum also aims to build closer ties between the key stakeholders and partners to make the region a safer place and capable of contributing to global security challenges in the future.
