Kosovo not admitted to UNESCO (RTS)

Kosovo failed to win needed two-third majority of votes for membership in UNESCO at organization’s general conference in Paris. 92 states voted yes and 50 voted no, out of 142 states that participated in voting, whereas 29 states abstained from voting.
