Several news websites quote Marko Djuric, head of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo, as saying that Kosovo and Serbia Presidents, Hashim Thaci and Aleksandar Vucic, will not meet, because, according to him, Kosovo’s institutions have threatened the Serbian President.
