Haradinaj met separately today the UK Ambassador Ruairi O’Connell and Croatia’s Marija Kapitanovic.
After the meeting with O’Connell, Haradinaj said the two discussed the political situation and the “substantial progress Kosovo has made in the rule of law”. “I expressed the commitment of the Government to strengthen engagement and cooperation with Great Britain in all fields of joint interest”, Haradinaj wrote.
In the meeting with Kapitanovic, Haradinaj said that the Berlin and Paris meetings are a good opportunity to strengthen cooperation in the Western Balkans. “I emphasized that Croatia’s support, as being part of the EU Presidency, is very important for Kosovo and that we are working hard for our citiznes to become part of the European family through visa liberalisation as soon as possible”, Haradinaj wrote on Facebook.
