Insajderi is quoting sources saying that apart from a Russian national, UNMIK employee, arrested today in the north by the Kosovo Police, another local Serb staff member of UNMIK was arrested by the last name of Dimic.
The arrest, according to sources, came after the two are suspected of placing the UNMIK official vehicle as a roadblock to prevent the police operation.
