The Special Department of Pristina Basic Court has issued an arrest warrant against defendant Milan Radojcic, known with the nick-name ‘Mica’ born on 21.02.1978 in Gjakovë/Djakovica, residing at Vlado Cetkovic Street in Mitrovica North.

Radojcic is deputy leader of the Serbian List political party.

Kosova Press claims to posses the document which clarifies that the arrest warrant was issued based on the request of the Special Prosecution of Kosovo. Radojcic is suspected for “participation or organizing of a criminal group” based on article 283, paragraph 3.

Kosova Press notes further that to Kosovo population in the north, Radojcic’s name is synonym of underground, violence, threats, distribution of fuel and narcotics, reaching in this manner overwhelming wealth. According to this news portal, he is also suspected for murder of the Kosovo Serb politician Oliver Ivanovic.
