Berat Rukiqi, president of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (OEK), told a press conference in Pristina today that non-functioning courts, informal economy, electricity and corruption are some of the barriers to doing business in Kosovo. Rukiqi also said that OEK will not sign any agreement or contract with the political parties before the 8 September parliamentary elections. “We will also make some recommendations about the needs of the private sector,” he said.
