Kosovo’s outgoing Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, hailed today U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to appoint Richard Grenell as his special envoy for the Kosovo – Serbia talks, several media report. “I have said several times in the last weeks that the new government is going to have to conclude the dialogue. It is our primary duty and our strategic interest to have ties and work together with our friends and partners. President Trump wants Serbia to recognise Kosovo and we will support this objective because it is in Kosovo’s interest too,” Pacolli said.
