Outgoing PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dačić is in the United States for several days, where he will today attend the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington.

Later on Thursday, he is scheduled to meet with FBI Director James Comey.

The National Prayer Breakfast will also be attended by SPO leader Vuk Drašković, SNS MPs Zoran Babić and Vladimir Marinković, lawyer Zdenko Tomanović, and Crown Prince Aleksandar Karađorđevoć and his wife Princess Katarina.

Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci will be at the same event.

The National Prayer Breakfast traditionally gathers the U.S. president, members of the Congress, U.S. politicians and guests from around one hundred countries worldwide for a joint prayer on the first Thursday in February, for the past 61 years.

According to announcements from his cabinet, while in the U.S., Dačić will confer with Deputy Secretary of State William Burns and Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration Thomas Harrigan on Friday.

The Serbian prime minister will also attend the UN Security Council’s meeting on the situation in Kosovo and Metohija on February 10, and talk with senior American officials.

The Serbian prime minister will also meet Congressmen Robert Aderholt and Ted Poe in Washington, the government’s press office announced.
