Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said during a visit to Vlora, Albania, that he considers the issue of ‘border adjustment’ to be unacceptable. “Borders cannot be moved with words,” Haradinaj said. “Today’s reality is a result of wars and the opening of the borders issue is unacceptable to me.”
