Several news websites report that a person in Kosovo has died from the West Nile virus. The head of the National Public Health Institute confirmed the news. The European Center for Disease Prevention and Control has reported that 17 people have died so far from the virus, nine in Serbia, three in Greece, one in Italy, one in Kosovo and one in Romania.
