Kosovo’s Foreign Minister and leader of the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), Behgjet Pacolli, reconfirmed his party’s support for the appointment of a negotiating team for dialogue with Serbia but underscored that it will not have any competencies to negotiate the territory of Kosovo. He also said the Assembly will approve the composition of the team despite the opposition’s objections. “Change of borders does not imply partition but it is perhaps aimed at demarcation. I see no difference between border correction and demarcation. If Serbs have their president as head of dialogue so will we,” Pacolli said.
