Albert Rohan, former deputy envoy for Kosovo’s final status, told Austrian paper Der Standard that he believes exchange of territories between Pristina and Belgrade would be a wrong solution. He recalled that Ahtisaari’s proposal that came as a result of negotiations on Kosovo final status makes it clear there can be no unification of Kosovo with any other country.
