Kosovo Centre for Security Studies presented a study into resignations from the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) by Serb members which found that the resignation of over 60 Serb members was part of a well-thought military and psychological operation, orchestrated by members of military intelligence in Serbia. KCSS considers that the government of Kosovo, in cooperation with international community, needs to prepare a plan to prevent further resignations while the EU should condition Serbia’s integration with its non-interference in Kosovo’s institutions and support Kosovo in the KSF transition process “with or without any constitutional changes”.
