Kosovo Assembly President and Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) leader, Kadri Veseli, on Monday sent invitations to heads of opposition parties to meet in the Assembly on Thursday and look into the possibility of approximating positions on the resolution for Kosovo – Serbia dialogue. The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) however through a press release today said it will not accept Veseli’s offer. “The Democratic League of Kosovo on several occasions has made clear to the people and its membership, its position on dialogue with Serbia. These positions should be clear to the Assembly President too. As the biggest political party in Kosovo, we present our positions to our membership and the citizens, and through our parliamentary group in the Assembly. The LDK is ready to meet all parliamentary parties to agree on a date for early elections and positions on dialogue after the elections,” the LDK statement noted.
