Safet Syla, former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), is the most recent person to be called by the Specialist Chambers in The Hague. Syla, who was a commander of KLA training unit in Tropoje, Albania before the conflict and a KLA colonel as part of the Pashtrik zone, said he was called by the court in the capacity of a witness.
