Igor Soltes, Rapporteur for Kosovo at the European Parliament, said on Tuesday that the issue of visa liberalization for Kosovo is in the hands of the European Council.
However, a senior EU official told Gazeta Express that the issue is still with the Council, at technical level and that a certain date on when this matter will reach the level of ministers or when the decision on liberalization of visas will be reached, cannot be given yet.
