Mayor of Drenas resigns amid “Drenica 2” case (Koha)

The Mayor of Drenas/Glogovac, Nexhat Demaku, today resigned from his post after the Court of Appeals in Pristina upheld original sentences for the members of the so-called “Drenica 2” group convicted of war crimes. The news was confirmed by Demaku who said he would give further details during a press conference later today.
