Kosovo not to extradite Turkish national (Koha)

A Kosovo prosecutor has withdrawn request for extradition of the Turkish national, Ugur Toksoy, wanted by authorities there in connection to the failed coup attempt. The prosecutor in the case said the request has been withdrawn as a result of insufficient evidence against Toksoy.
