The counting of the so-called conditional ballots of voters who used their right to vote in the Kosovo local elections, would start today, KIM Radio reported. The Voting Counting Centre announced, the counting would start at 8.30. Suheda Ejupi from the centre said 13.533 conditional ballots arrived, KIM Radio reported.
