Gnocchi: Kosovo to work on the European agenda (Radio Kosova)

The Deputy Special Representative of European Union (EU) in Kosovo, Thomas Gnocchi, said in an interview for Radio Kosova that, whatever the number of ministers and deputy ministers will be in the new government of Kosovo, the EU expects that Kosovo will have an efficient government, and able to address all of the priorities.

Gnocchi said that the EU has welcomed the creation of the new government, because there was a long period of absence of institutions, in a time when Kosovo has many issues to address. “This includes the European agenda, but other issues as well, such as budget approval, election of members of various boards etc. We hope that the Kosovo government will address these issues as soon as possible,” said Gnocchi. Gnocchi also called on Kosovo institutions to approve the law on special court.
