Kosovo’s Minister for Dialogue, Edita Tahiri, is leading the working groups in the dialogue with Serbia in Brussels. The talks, which are brokered by the European Union, are focused on the energy, telecommunications, the barricade on the Ibar Bridge and the Association/Community of Serb-majority Municipalities.
