After signing Memorandum of Cooperation with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa and the Assembly President, Kadri Veseli,  the Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Kosovo, Ruairi O’Conell,

said that  the state cannot be built or function through nepotism. O’Conell made this comment speaking about Adem Grabovci’s tapping made public recently.

“We have listened to the recent tapping and I want to say that the state does not function in this manner, with nepotism. This harms Kosovo. No one believes that someone can be employed in Kosovo based on merits,” O’Conell said.
