Apostolova meets leaders of Alternativa (Klan Kosova)
Head of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Natalyia Apostolova met with the leader of Alternativa, Mimoza Kusari Lila and deputy leader, Ilir Deda.
They discussed the current situation in Kosovo, as well as necessity of the creation of credible institutions that would govern Kosovo.
Alternativa leaders informed Apostolova about their positions as Kosovo Assembly MPs and their vision about the future government of Kosovo.
Both parties agreed that delays on establishment of institutions could harm Kosovo, and they would not only reduce credibility of elections but could also cause considerable economic and financial damages, due to potential loss of EU funds, through IPA which is also related to the implementation of IMF agreement.
Alternativa remains determined that the future government should prioritize war against corruption and integration of Kosovo. They consider that significant issues in Kosovo should be resolved through wider political consensus.
