Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) has published the list of attorneys approved to represent suspects, accused or victims. The list contains names of 40 lawyers addmittee to the Lists of Counsel making them eligible to appear before the specialist court and represent anyone entitled to legal representation, a statement issued by the KSC states.
President of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova congratulated all lawyers admitted to the Lists of Counsel noting that “the stringent requirements for the admission to the List of Counsel ensure that defendants and victims will be able to receive effective and professional legal representation before the KSC. This will further contribute to the integrity of the administration of justice by the Specialist Chambers.”
