Chiefs of districts in KiM: Unity our strongest response (Tanjug, RTS)
Chiefs of five administrative districts in Kosovo and Metohija, met in Mitrovica North to discuss political and security situation, and expressed concerns over manners in which Pristina’s radical moves affect social environment and everyday life of the Serbian people, Tanjug news agency reported.
In a press statement sent to Tanjug, chiefs of districts noted that political unity of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija at this moment is the strongest response to a series of Pristina’s provocations, adding it is necessary to prevent attempts to affect the willingness and capacity of the Serbian people to resist strong pressure by creating an artificial disunity.
During the meeting they also extended clear and unequivocal support to the Serbian Government and President Aleksandar Vucic policy.
Chief of Pec district, Vinka Radosavljevic, chief of central Kosovo district Srdjan Petkovic, chief of Kosovo-Pomoravlje district Radovan Stojkovic, chief of Mitrovica district Vaso Jelic and chief of Prizren district Jovica Buduric participated in a meeting, Tanjug reported.
