Kosovo Minister of Return and Communities Dalibor Jevtic has stated that 11 attacks on the Serb returnees to Kosmet and their property have been reported this year, and he assessed that those incidents represent a direct attack on the process of return. Jevtic has specified that the attacks happened in the municipalities of Klina, central Kosmet, Istok and Pec in the west of the Province, and the perpetrators have not been found. He stated that this year 472 people have returned to Kosmet and by the end of the year that number is expected to reach 600, mostly Serbs and Romani.
