The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo Enver Hoxhaj said today that visit, paid to Belgrade by Kosovo ministers on the occasion of an informal meeting of foreign and finance ministers of the West Balkan dedicated to economic management and cooperation in the region, is a historic event and confirmation of normalization of relations.

Hoxhaj voiced hope that visit of the prime minister of Kosovo to Belgrade won’t be a leading headline anymore.
Regional meeting in Belgrade is held in line with the Gymnich formula, where ministers are presented by names and which is used by the EU for informal meeting where participants are discussing certain issues and but don’t bring any formal conclusions.
