Nine-point agreement between the Serbian list, PDK and LDK (Blic)

Representatives of Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Serbian lists have signed a coalition agreement on the principles for the formation of the Government of Kosovo, which envisages the creation of the Association of Serbian municipalities within three, or at least five months of the signing of the agreement.

According to the agreement, "past and future privatizations in municipalities with Serbian majority in Kosovo, with special emphasis on agricultural associations, will have a special treatment."

Fourth point of the agreement is return of internally displaced Serbs and non-Albanians with the security guarantees of the government and the prime minister," and the fifth point is the return and protection of occupied property of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

According to the coalition agreement, the Serbian list will have one deputy Prime Minister (Branimir Stojanovic), Aleksandar Jablanović will be the Minister of returns, while Ljubomir Maric will be in charge of local government.

The Serbian List will have representative in the Office for communities of the Kosovo PM and six deputy ministers.

The agreement also stipulates that there will be certain changes in the Government agencies, when it comes to the positions reserved for the Serbian community (with the consent of the Serbian List). The agreement reads that priority in the technical talks between Pristina and Belgrade will be establishment of flights and the railway lines between Belgrade and Pristina.

It is envisaged that members of the Serbian community will have positions of deputy chiefs in Kosovo Police, in accordance with the law.

The agreement was signed by the President of the PDK, Hashim Thaci, the leader of the LDK and Kosovo Prime Minister, Isa Mustafa and Aleksandar Jablanović from the Serbian list.
