We will do everything to prevent attacks on journalists (TV Most)

Branimir Stojanovic, Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, said today during a meeting with some journalists, who were attacked on Saturday during a protest in Pristina, that he will do everything through legal mechanisms to stop these attacks on journalists.

Stojanovic said in an discussion with Bojan Trajkovic, B92 correspondent, and Vladimir Milic, RTS cameraman, that he would insist on punishing those who participated in the attacks on journalists in Pristina on Saturday and will through political action actively work to improve inter-ethnic relations and the prevention of interethnic divisions.

Unfortunately, although Stojanovic called and RTK2 crew to a talk, that was attacked during protests in Pristina, they did not respond to the invitation under pressure from their media house and have decided not to speak further on the matter.

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, Branimir Stojanovic expressed regret for their failure to appear, considering that this type of censorship is harmful to the interests of the Serbian community, as well as to the interests of the journalistic profession.
