The Kosovo police arrested one of two individuals who attacked Zoran Kostic in Pasjane. The identity of the second attacker is known to the police and intense search activities are underway.
Stojanovic said that similar attacks occurred in the previous years as well, but he noted that this needs to change now. We will insist on solving every incident so that individuals who attack people for ethnic reasons could answer for their acts and be punished, Stojanovic said and added that the practice of allowing the crimes to go unpunished needs to stop.
Mayor of the Serb municipality of Partes-Pasjane Dragan Nikolic stated that the municipality has been experiencing problems due to similar incidents.
