Serbian list: Jablanovic has no support; Jablanovic: I am the President (Kossev, BETA, Kontakt plus radio)
Serbian List states that Aleksandar Jablanović arbitrarily and without the support of Serbian MPs appointed himself as President of the Serbian list. He deceived and manipulated the Office for the registration of political parties - said the Serbian List.
The Central Election Commission will declare soon on everything. The CEC is considering the documentation that was received without a stamp by the Office for the registration of political parties, indicated the Serbian List.
The List also announced an emergency meeting for today and that a statement for the media will follow after the meeting.
Media in Pristina last night have published as exclusive news that until recently the State Secretary in the Ministry of Labour, Veterans and Social Affairs of Serbia and former president of the Serbian List, Aleksandar Jablanović, again the head of the list.
Jablanović last night for the portal Kossev has confirmed the allegations. However, he did not want to comment the statement of the Serbian List and noted that he has "no intention to correspond with them via the media."
On the other hand, the Minister for Veterans and Social Affairs in the Government of Serbia and President of the Movement of Socialists, whose member is and Jablanović - Aleksandar Vulin - commented the news, by saying that the Serbian government decides who will be the head the Serbian List and added that he had no information on Jablanović's workplace.
Kontakt Plus Radio quoted the statement of Miradije Mavriqi for BETA, who said that the transfer and handover of duties of the President of the Serbian List, from Slavko Simić to Aleksandar Jablanović has been completed on 3 April.
"Everything is done regularly, legitimately and legally. And before, in 2015, Aleksandar Jablanović has transferred authority to Slavko Simić, and he returned them back now," said Mavriqi to Beta agency, Kontakt Plus radio reported.
Kontakt plus radio reports that and for the opposition in Kosovo, Jablanović is unacceptable.
Pristina press wrote that Kosovo's opposition parties have estimated that Jablanović's return to Kosovo institutions would not be possible, reported Kontakt plus radio.
MP of Self-Determination Shqipe Pantina said that Aleksandar Jablanović has insulted the mother of missing persons in Gjakova/Đakovica; therefore he cannot be a part of the institution.
Head of the parliamentary group of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Pal Lekaj said that the appointment of Jablanović was unacceptable.
