Janjić: Fight for positions ahead of snap elections (KIM radio)
Analyst Dušan Janjić assessed turmoil in the Serbian List as a continuation of the struggle for dominance, as well as for the policy that will be lead. He points out that MPs are aware of early parliamentary elections and given that the list is made up of several parties, which have its registration, as Serbian Liberal Party (SLS), the part of those who are in the SNS, SPS and the Socialists Movement finally have decided to register. According to Janjić this is a good sign because they continue to integrate into the Kosovo institutions.
The analyst also warns that the deputies of the Serbian List have caused political damage to the Serbian community in Kosovo.
- Since February they waged a terrible anti-campaign against all others who are not in the ruling parties in Serbia, and thus actually a part of the people who have not been in political life, and who wanted and had their civil initiatives, have been completely marginalized; as if there was an attempt to establish a one-party system among Serbs, which is not good, said Janjić.
Janjić hopes that the Serbian community will finally get the party which will consist of young and educated people.
