Djuric: I do not know what Pristina politicians were thinking about (TV Prva, B92)
Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric said it is fully logical to have talks on Kosovo at different sides, Serbian media reported.
Djuric made this remark commenting on media allegations that USA, Great Britain, France, Italy and Germany representatives gather in Washington, where talks on the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue would be held.
He added “it is crystal clear” which countries support Kosovo independence.
“It is logical to have talks at different sides. We are having talks in Brussels, under EU auspices. Different countries consult. We are permanently talking to the countries which have not recognized Kosovo,” Djuric told TV Prva.
Djuric said the aim of a dialogue is to reach consensus, adding that Serbia is ready “to make an effort to continue the talks (…).”
He again commented on the case of Kosovo karate team members saying – I do not know what Pristina politicians were thinking about? That agreements do not apply to Pristina, but apply to us only? Of course, they apply to them as well,” B92 reported.
