Leaders of the opposition parties ended their meeting with the President of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga, where they reiterated their positions that they would not set back or sit around the same table with the government, if the latter does not withdraw signatures from the agreements for the Association/Community of Serb majority municipalities and demarcation of the border with Montenegro.
Leader of Vetevendosje movement, Visar Ymeri, said that they made it clear to the President that they would not set back from their positions if Mustafa does not withdraw the agreement for Association/Community of Serb majority municipalities and demarcation of the border with Montenegro.
Ramush Hardinaj, leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), said that the Assembly session should not be called while the government tries to stop deputies and activists of the opposition through the police and prosecution.
Leader of the Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA), Fatmir Limaj, requested withdrawal of the agreements. “To the government, the crisis exists only when there is lack of numbers, however, the crisis in the country is already obvious,” Limaj said.
