Azem Syla and Vidosav Nakovic, expropriated lands worth millions (Insajderi.com)

Insajderi has discovered that the main suspects among the 51 individuals, are Azem Syla, Shaban Syla, Ilaz Syla – Shaban Syla’s son, Azem Syla’s driver, Arton Vila, former head of the Pristina Municipality Court, Nuhi Uka, his uncle Tefik Uka, who worked as clerk at the Court, Shpresim Uka, Fahredin Gashi, lawyer Eduard Gashi, lawyer Mexhid Syla, lawyer Avni Maxhuni, his wife, Shqipe Maxhuni, Hajrullah Berisha, Dragan Maksimovic, Vukasin Stevic from Llapnaselle/Lapno Selo.

Azem Syla’s main collaborator on expropriation of tens of hectares of state land, has worked for 17 years as Serbia’s police officer in Pristina,  Insajderi learned.

Vidosav Novakovic, known as Nesa is suspected for falsification of documents, transfer of KBI “Kosova Export” enterprise lands to Serb individual names. After this, through illegal court decisions these lands were transferred to Albanian owners.

The former Serbian police officer worked at the police station in Dardania, Pristina.

Vukasin Stevic is suspected to have been mediator between Shaban Syla and former Serbian police officer, Vidosav Nakovic-Nesa. Thanks to the cooperation with Azem Syla, Nesa currently possesses a wealth of millions of euros.

Insajderi discovered that KBI “Kosova Export” properties were expropriated by Nazim Bllaca’s people. Insjaderi has learned that tens of hectares of land in Llapnaselle/Laplje Selo, were expropriated after Lubica Simic’s death. Shaban Syla appeared as Kruna Blagojevic, an authorized person and the legal heir of the Simic property. Property transfer to Shaban Syla was made by Nuhi Uka’s decision.
