Haradinaj: Kosovo damaged by the 2015 demarcation agreement (Koha)
Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said the report of the commission on border demarcation with Montenegro is “credible” and prepared by professionals. In a Facebook post, Haradinaj said the report confirms the view that Kosovo loses territory to Montenegro through the current border demarcation agreement. He said the commission has managed to show the validity of the uti possidetis juris principle, whereby a newly independent country transforms its administrative border into an international one, and that Kosovo has managed the locations of Kulla and Zhlep.
