Chairman of the Executive Board of the Forum for Ethnic Relations Dusan Janjic, said that "apart to nervousness that spreads the Balkans", the process of normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina will not stop but will take place in turbulent conditions. At the round table dedicated to the process of normalization relations between Belgrade and Pristina, Janjic stated that the agreements signed in Brussels, and in particular their implementation, represent a great success considering the tensions that are present in Kosovo since the beginning of 2015.

He said that Kosovo's Constitutional Court cannot give a negative answer when evaluating the constitutionality of the agreement on the Community / Association of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) and that this procedure cannot slow down the implementation of the agreement of the ZSO.
