Unknown attackers attempted kidnapping of a fifteen year old boy in Novo Naselje near Lipljan/Lipjan, learned Kontakt Plus radio.

The incident occurred yesterday in the afternoon on the main road in the village. A younger man, who went out from a vehicle with tinted windows, has tried by knife to force a boy to enter the vehicle.

At that time a person from the village saw what was happening and started to shout calling for help, after which the attackers withdrew and left the scene.

The family has not reported the case to the Kosovo police.
